If you are experiencing issues with the My Fairmart App, you can use the POS and all modules via the browser as a backup. Below are instructions on how to do this.

  1. Go to Google Play Store

  2. Search for Opera

    1. Click on the icon to select it

    2. Install the Opera Browser

  3. Open Opera Browser

  4. Start Opera Browser

    1. During the setup screens, click Skip on bottom left when prompted

    2. On next screen, click “Allow”

  5. Go to Fairmart website

    1. my.fairmart.app/login

  6. Enable fullscreen mode

    1. Click the 3 dot menu

    2. Click enable fullscreen
