How do I arrange delivery when I receive an order?

Once you receive an order click on the update button in the order page. If it is a delivery order, you should see an ‘Arrange Delivery’ option.

Upon selecting ‘Arrange Delivery’, you will see a form for you to fill in your delivery details.
There are 2 delivery options for you to choose from:

- Upon confirmation, if delivery is arranged successfully, your Stripe account will be charged $6. The order status will be updated to ‘Delivering’, and delivery details will be updated in the blue panel under ‘Delivery Info’.
- To view the latest delivery tracking details, you can click on the purple info (ℹ️) icon. To print the air waybill, you can click on the green (🖨️) printer icon.
- For J&T orders if you do not have a printer and are unable to print the air waybill, you can simply write the tracking no. and recipient’s name and phone number on the parcel for collection.
- For Qxpress & SingPost orders, printing air waybill is required.
- In the case when the air waybill is not generated immediately, a pending status will be shown under ‘Tracking No.’. To get the latest delivery details and tracking number, please click on the refresh button next to ‘Delivery Info’.
- You may have to wait a few minutes before refreshing the status as air waybills may take up to 5 minutes to be generated. If it has yet to be updated, a green notification will popup as shown.

👉🏻 Make sure that package is securely sealed and delivery information is clearly visible or air waybill is pasted on the box.

- Order status will be updated to ‘Delivering’ once you select confirm.
- Fairmart will not arrange delivery for you if this option is selected. You will need to arrange for the order to be delivered to the shopper yourself.
